Controling and probing the mechanics of living systems is a crucial challenge for the life sciences, and is key both to understanding fundamental biological processes and to designing novel medical approaches. This workshop, to be held on November 8 2019 at CentraleSupélec, aims to bring together engineers, physicists and life scientists working at the interface between mechanics, biology and medicine to exchange recent results and stimulate further interactions within the Paris-Saclay and broader Paris area. We look forward to welcoming you at CentraleSupélec!

Plenary speakers

Martin Genet (École polytechnique)
