Lodging of participants (for the duration of the conference only i.e. from Monday 11th August, till Saturday 23th August) is organized at hotels of Cargèse, in apartments with single or double bedrooms, located at the Institute or in the village. Notice that most of rooms at the institute and in the village apartments are expected to be shared.
If you are going to come with accompanying persons, please arrange the accommodation by yourself.
Lodging will be arranged by the staff of the Institute following, as much as possible, your preferences.
Lodging Prices list
- Shared room at the Institute or in the village: 30.5 Euros per night
- Individual room at the Institute or in the village: 40.5 Euros per night
- Lunch for all participants will be served at the Institute : 11 Euros per lunch
- Rooms at the hotels: 80-100 euro per night
Because of other meetings just before and after Ecrys-2014, it will not be possible to extend you stay within the institute facilities beyond exact days of our meeting.
