Arrival/Departure
Sessions will start in the morning ,Tuesday, August 12 and end in the afternoon, Friday, August 22th.
Participants are expected to arrive on Monday, August 11 and leave Cargèse on Saturday, August 23.
Transfer from Ajaccio Airport to Institute of Cargèse and conversely requires about 1h00 depending on traffic.
11/08/2014: two buses will be scheduled for the transfer of participants:
1st bus after the flight arrival at 14:30 (AF 4502), Ajaccio Airport
2nd bus after the flight arrival at 18:30 (AF 4230), Ajaccio Airport.
Participants arriving after 18:30 will have to order a taxi at their own charge. The average price for the taxi ride is around 150€.
16/08/2014 and 17/08/2014: the departure from Institute of Cargèse to Ajaccio Airport will be scheduled upon the request
17/08/2014 the bus from Ajaccio Airport to Institute of Cargèse wiil be scheduled
after the flight arrival at 13:15 (AF 7564), Ajaccio Airport
23/08/2014: the morning bus departure will be scheduled at 7:45 for flight departure at 10:15, Ajaccio airport.
Please make sure your flights schedule will match the period time above mentioned.

Coming without the buses
The easiest way to reach Cargèse is via Ajaccio. Other itineraries are possible but please be aware of paucity of public transportation in Corsica.
Driving through Corsica is scenic but can take a long time.

- Calvi to Cargèse, 2h30
- Bastia to Cargèse, 3h30
- Corte to Cargèse, 3h
