Arrival/Departure
Sessions will start in the morning Tuesday, August 9 and end in the afternoon, Friday, August 19.
Participants are expected to arrive on Monday, August 8 and leave Cargèse on Saturday, August 20.
Transfer between Ajaccio Airport and Cargèse takes one hour, or more depending on traffic.
Plesse take the flight only to Ajaccio airport. Never book the flight to other airports of Corsica : they are distant and very expensive to reach.
Arrival: 08/08/2022 and 14/08/2022:
the bus will be organized from Ajaccio airport, 08/08/2022 its departure will be scheduled after the flight arrival at 15:05 (AF 4456) at Ajaccio Airport .
bus departure 14/08/2022 will be scheduled after we receive the information about participants’ arrival 14/08/2022.
Taxi can be booked via IESC, in this case the price is 100 euro during the day and 140 euro from 19:00 till 07:00. On Sunday during the day is 140 euro. The cancellation can be donenot later than 48 hours before the trip.
Departure:
13/08/2020, 14/08/2020 and 19/08/2020 : the departure from Cargèse to Ajaccio Airport will be scheduled upon the request
20/08/2020: the last bus departure will be scheduled between 9:30 – 10:00 in the morning.
Rooms and apartments of the institue must be freed on August 20 before 10:00 a.m. .
People arriving or leaving at different times/days are supposed to take care themselves of the connection to/from Cargese. The average price for the taxi ride between Ajaccio and Cargese is about 130€.
The institute can assist with booking a taxi which also helps to reduce the price a bit.
