10th September 2021 : Postdoctoral positions in fluid dynamics, dynamical systems and machine learning, group of Mike Graham, University of Wisconsin-Madison

This project aims to integrate and extend ideas and tools from dynamical systems theory and machine learning for better understanding, prediction and control of complex chaotic/stochastic dynamics in flow processes such as wall turbulence. Applicants should have a strong background in fluid dynamics and applied mathematics. Here are some samples of some of what we’re interested in:
