The Institute of Physics, Academia Sinica invites applications for a
tenure-track faculty position in the Physics of Active and Biological
Systems Group to enhance and develop its research programs in
biophysics, soft matter, statistical physics, complex fluids, neural
networks, and to initiate and lead new directions.
Academia Sinica is the leading basic research institution in Taiwan,
government funded and made up of an increasingly international community
of scholars. More information about the Institute of Physics can be

candidates will be granted an initial start-up research funding support.
Faculty members of Academia Sinica can teach and supervise graduate
students in the country’s universities under a voluntary basis.
