Postdoctoral Position in Statistical Physics at University Pierre et Marie Curie (UPMC), France, in the Laboratoire de Physique Théorique de la Matière Condensée
Applications are invited for a postdoctoral fellowship in statistical
physics on the topic of random walks, first-passage processes and
their applications. This fellowship is for two years, starting in the Fall
2013.
The candidates are expected to have a strong and wide background in
statistical physics, with a good knowledge of stochastic processes (random
walks, etc…). In addition, numerical expertise would also be welcome.
