The conference fee is as follows:

The conference fee includes the admission to all sections, coffee breaks, programme, booklet of abstracts, welcome reception, snacks and beverages during two poster sessions and organized transportation between the Ajaccio Airport and the Cargèse Institute.
CANCELLATION
A request for cancellation must be sent by e-mail to kirova@lps.u-psud.fr. No refunds will be available if notice of cancellation is received after August 10, 2016. Registration may, however, be transferred to another conference participant.
Registration procedure :
In order to register for the event, the procedure is as follows:
Step 1 – Pre-registration: Use our secure CNRS pre-registration website to pre-register by entering various details and choosing the correct category for registration fees in the item “Tarification” in the form.
Step 2 – Complete registration: After pre-registration, our administration will check that you have ch09osen the right category and then send you via E-mail (within 1-2 days) a further request to complete and validate the registration with payment. After receiving the request to complete registration via E-mail, please complete your registration with payment.
We ask you to promptly validate your registration with payment after confirmation E-mail from our administration.
