Fees and student awards
The regular registration fee of 175 € includes lunch at the conference site throughout the conference. Attendance to the conference dinner is optional (40 €) and limited to 120 participants. The value added tax is not applied for CNRS employees, bringing the fees down to 146 €/34 € (‘hors taxes’) respectively. The May 15th early registration deadline has passed.
A small number of student awards are available, consisting in a registration fee waiver. Applicants must apply before pre-registering by e-mailing their poster abstract and a motivation statement to email@example.com.
To protect your privacy, registration and payment are handled through a secure CNRS website. Its interface can be a little confusing, and we recommend you read the next few lines to know what to expect. You should first pre-register using this link:
You will not receive an immediate e-mail confirmation as your pre-registration needs to be validated manually. Once this is done, you will receive a link to the registration step. You will then be able to choose your dinner option and your payment method: credit card or “transfer” (i.e., bon de commande) for attendees affiliated with French institutions. If you select the “transfer” option, a pré-bon de commande will be e-mailed to you to be processed by your laboratory’s administrator.
Talks during the conference will be upon invitation only.
