Fees

Registration is free for students, but mandatory. To have their registration validated, students must send a copy of an official document attesting to their status to physbio2020.lptms@universite-paris-saclay.fr after completing their registration below. Alternatively, they may send a link to their group website listing their status. The registration will be cancelled if this information is not received within a week of registration.

Fees

The early registration fee of 120 € includes lunch at the conference site throughout the conference for all registrations made before May 31st 2016. Attendance to the conference dinner on the evening of Jun. 23rd is optional (30 €). The value added tax is not applied for participants using a CNRS purchase order, bringing the fees down to 100 €/25 € (‘hors taxes’) respectively. The regular registration fee of 180 € (150 € without tax) will be applied from Jun. 1st.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the conference will be postponed to a later date, hopefully at the end of June 2021. We will post any updates on this website, and look forward to our future scientific exchange. Until then, keep safe!
