Registration


To participate in the conference, the payment of a registration fee is required. Late Registration for the conference "Physics and Biological Systems" is now open only for participants from Université Paris-Sud 11, Orsay campus. If participants from outside Université Paris-Sud 11, Orsay campus, wish to register to the meeting then they should contact the organizers.

The late registration fee for different categories of participants at the conference is as follows:

Invited speakers are not required to register for the conference.

The registration fee is different for participants from Université Paris-Sud 11 Orsay campus(with CESFO card, and thus access to University canteen for Lunch) and for participants from other institutions (without CESFO card, and thus no access to University canteen for Lunch).

For participants from Université Paris-Sud 11 Orsay campus, the registration fee covers access to all conference sessions, coffee breaks, program kit, conference material but no Lunch. We expect these participants to eat at the University canteen using their CESFO card.

For participants from other institutions, the registration fee covers access to all conference sessions, coffee breaks, program kit, conference material and Lunch from June 14-17, 2011 at the University canteen.

The registration fee is different for students (undergraduate and graduate), academics (postdocs, researchers and faculty) and industry participants.

The late registration deadline for participants outside Université Paris-Sud 11, Orsay campus, was May 27, 2011


Registration proceduce

In order to register for the event, the procedure is as follows:

Step 1 - Pre-registration: Use our secure CNRS pre-registration website (click the following links to access in English or French) to pre-register by entering various details and chosing the correct category for registration fees in the item "Tarification" in the form. Note that a new window will open when you click to access the pre-registration site in English or French).

Step 2 - Complete registration: After pre-registration, our administration will check that you have chosen the right category and then send you via Email (within 1-2 days) a further request to complete and validate the registration with payment. After receiving the request to complete registration via Email, use our secure CNRS registration website (click the following links to access in English or French) to complete registration with payment. Note that a new window will open when you click to access the registration site in English or French).We request you to promptly validate your registration with payment after confirmation Email from our administration.
